The definition of naturism is simple: non sexual nudity.

The problem we have with naturism getting accepted by the general public is that most people are not able to disconnect nudity from sex.

Our message that it is possible to be naked without being in a sexual state gets drowned by way too many people and publications that abuse the words "naturism" and "nudism" where they mean "naked for sex".

So our request to all sex positive people is to not use our precious words naturism/nudism in a sexual context. It that too much to ask? Just find some other words. Be creative!

Please help us. If we want to get naturism more accepted in society, it has to be disconnected from the struggle to get (public) sex more accepted. That's just a completely different subject.
